This is a clip of the first HelyxTM wind turbine to be tested outside the laboratory. Oregon Wind Corporation co-founded by inventor Toby Kinkaid to produce this prototype to demonstrate, and develop a new wind technology that is silent running, safe for birds, and works in all environments. This test is interesting in that the turbine is on its side with great response characteristics. This was the first demonstration of a technology that promises to be the least expensive clean energy converter ever manufactured. The first truly mass-produced clean power converter.
