SG transformers CFL experiments

Tri-filar SG running on one circuit, directly connected to a 240v to 12v step down transformer on the 12v end (the cap in the video is not connected), transformer 240v terminals connected to 500uF cap bank. The meter showing 0.3-0.5v is on the SG output, and the 28-31v is what's powering the CFL
