The greatest amount of HHO Gas - using the least amount of current; but yet producing enough HHO to improve your cars performance and MPG. A small surface area can produce a lot of HHO gas; just increase the electrical pressure. You can do that by increasing the voltage source or by increasing the current by lowering the resistance between the plates. Electrolytes lower the resistance of the water, there by causing an increase in current flow. The more you add, the better the water conducts. Closer spacing between the plates lowers the resistance there by increasing current flow.
