March 30, 2008 demonstration using concentrated lemon juice that was Filtered through 4 Layers of Paper Towel to Get Rid of Any of the Pulp for electrolytes to create the hydrogen and oxygen gas. I have looked at many videos on the Internet and everyone is using some type of Baking Soda, Tap Water or Sodium Hydroxide which is a unsafe chemical to use. After all the hours of researching the Internet I found using an acid-base for electrolyte using natural lemons juice that has an acid-base is the desired safe way of producing hydrogen oxygen gas without a scum buildup in the water or the water turning brown.
